Our most popular option is our:  Nanny Service.  This provides a safe and personalized way to transport your new puppy from our Puppy Palace to you. 

Here's how the process typically works:

• Booking the Service: After selecting your puppy, we will discuss the timing for you to receive your puppy.  Typically we wait 10 weeks until the puppy can meet all of the necessary vet benchmarks to travel.   Knowing your schedule, we will contact the nanny service to arrange transportation to your nearest airport.

• Location to meet:  Typically we arrange airport to airport delivery.  This allows the Nanny to turn right around and get on a return trip back.

​

• Travel Day:   The nanny will have:  Your cellphone number to keep you informed throughout the day, along with:

  • Your Puppy

  • Paperwork from us, including photos and vaccine documentation to bring to your vet.

  • Airport requires:  a puppy health certificate , an airline approved pet carrier, blanket for the pup, treats and a puppy pad.

  

Finally! The plane lands:

• The Nanny will meet you at the designated airport in a location mutually agreed.
