Our Nanny Service provides a safe and personalized way to transport your puppy from our Puppy Palace directly into your arms.
How It Works
1. Booking the Service

After you’ve selected your puppy, we’ll coordinate timing with you. Puppies typically travel at around 10 weeks of age, once they’ve met all veterinary benchmarks.

Based on your schedule, we arrange transportation with our trusted flight nanny service to your nearest airport.
2. Airport Delivery

We typically arrange airport-to-airport delivery, allowing the nanny to safely accompany your puppy and return the same day
3. Travel Day
The nanny will:

Stay in touch with you via cellphone updates.

Carry your puppy along with:

Official paperwork, including photos and vaccine documentation for your vet.

Required airline items: health certificate, approved pet carrier, blanket, treats, and puppy pad.

4. Arrival

Once the plane lands, the nanny will meet you at a designated airport location that is mutually agreed upon.
